• How can i bring the shoes for cleaning?
  You can bring your shoes to our workshop located at Paavli str. 5/2, Tallinn. We are open every workday from 10-18.
 Alternatively you can bring the shoes to Cleanstep sneaker terminal in Viru Keskus bus terminal (-1 floor) to Kingaabi gobbler shop. Otherwise you can send us your shoes via Omniva parcel lockers. Whilst placing the order on our website please choose Omniva transportation method and mark also the locker where we can return the cleaned shoes. After the payment is done, you will receive a confirmation e-mail together with Omniva parcel card to send us your dirty shoes. You can scan the barcode on the card in every Omniva parcel machine to print out the package label. In Tallinn and nearby you can order also an express courier that picks up and delivers Your shoes back to you once they are cleaned. This option can be found under delivery methods in the shopping basket.
• How can i pay for your services?
  In our workshop we accept cash or card payments. When ordering from our website you have an option to pay by banklink or with a debit/credit card.
• How long does it take to clean my shoes?

  The standard cleaning time is 7 days. This timing is due to the fact that some of the cleaning/restoration steps require additional work and drying time. We shall always announce you the delivery time once we get your shoes. Seasonally our cleaning times might go up as long as 14 days.

• What are the details of the cleaning process?

  Cleaning steps:

  • Initial cleaning of the shoe with the help of the specialized Italian equipment, using steam and various detergents, produced by top European brands from Spain and Italy.
  • Thorough outer/mid/insole cleaning with special toolings and steam guns.
  • Deep mechanical cleaning of the outside and inside of the shoe with specialized products and tools.
  • Shoelaces cleaning.
  • Delicate drying in the cabinet with 36 degrees Celsius (close to human body temperature).

  If necessary:

  • Restoration, gluing.
  • Color refresh/restore, conditioning.
• I am afraid that chemicals will ruin my shoes.

  We follow the technological process that allows us to carefully choose the cleaning products and tools which are safe and effective for each particular material. Skills and knowledge of our specialist allow to remove the most persistent stains in a safe way.

• How do you disinfect the shoes?
  After cleaning, the shoes are placed into a specialized technological cabinet with ozone, which neutralizes allergic reactions, fungus, bacteria and other microorganisms that cause unpleasant smell.
• How do you restore the form of the shoe?

  We use shoe stretchers (aka. shoe trees) to restore the form of the shoe. These are very helpful during cleaning and drying process. Shoe trees help support and restore the form while cleaning, as well as prevent the creasing formation. They also flatten the wrinkles and creases, that contain persistent dirt.

• Do you mend the shoes?

  We can restore the color of the leather, paint/whiten the yellow midsoles or restore the suede color. To our customers, we provide mending services together with our partners.

• Do you clean white canvas Converse sneakers?
  We’re sorry, but we don’t clean white canvas Converse sneakers. We believe that the result will not be up to our standards and we have difficulties to ask a fee for this service. However, we have a solution for you! You can buy a bottle of WASC sneakers cleaner and clean the kicks regularly yourself. This way, you can keep your shoes clean and fresh.
