How to order?
Below you will find our dropoff-pickup points where you can leave your shoes for cleaning and pick them up free of charge.
In addition, shoes can also be sent to us through Omniva parcel machines.
To send with Omniva, proceed as follows:
- Place an order on our website.
- Choose the parcel machine where we will return your shoes.
- When you pay for your order, you will receive a packing slip to send the shoes to us.
- Put your shoes in a bag or box.
- Print out the parcel card and scan the barcode at the Omniva parcel machine.
NB! If you do not have a printing option, you can also print a package label from the Omniva parcel machine. - Put the package in the locker and wait for clean shoes to return 🙂

CLEANSTEP workshop
The easiest way is to bring your shoes to be cleaned at our workshop at Maakri 28a, Tallinn. We are open on weekdays from 10 am to 6 pm. You can also call us by phone +372 54004252.

CLEANSTEP AT THE VIRU DRY CLEANING SALON
Shoes can also be brought to the Viru Dry Cleaning salon located in the Viru Center bus terminal. The salon is open on weekdays 9–19, on Saturdays 10–18. The salon is closed on Sundays. The salon’s phone number is +372 5805 8501 We accept only 100% prepayment for the service.
